Since 1999, Pathways to Success has supported the Topeka Public Schools with various resources ranging from academic
and social development of students for post-secondary preparation to professional staff and teacher development.

International Telementor Program
Founded in 1995 by David Neils, the program has currently facilitated over 40,000 mentoring relationships. Since 1999, ITP has provided
online-based academic mentoring support for Pathways to Success students. Students have individual attention and academic assistance from a
mentor. Practically any curriculum learning objectives can be turned into a Telementoring Project.
