CURBSIDE PICK-UP LOCATIONS AND PROCEDURES
Please bring your conformation number with you to the Guest Service Booth to
give the agent on duty or for use with our automated ticketing system
SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Van Service
- Claim your luggage.
- Proceed to the customer service booth (across from Baggage Claim at each terminal)
sign marked "SuperShuttle/KCI Shuttle."
- Guest Service Representative will meet you at each designated pick up
location and arrange SuperShuttle service to your destination. If there is no
CSR, please feel free to use our automated system located in front of
the guest services booth

* If your shuttle service has been paid in advance, you MUST provide a Receipt or
conformation number. If you do not have your receipt or conformation number,
you will have pay again at time of service and be reimbursed at a later date.
- Proceed to the SuperShuttle covered shelter on the median, where a
SuperShuttle van will arrive within 30 mins.

MANIFEST ARRANGEMENTS
We can schedule all reservations for you upon receipt of your
complete manifest detailing arrival and departure information in
day and time order. We will provide you with scheduled departure
pick-up times for your group attendees return transportation to the
airport. The pick-up location will always be at the hotel's front
entrance unless otherwise specified.
(Recommended time: 2 hours prior to airline departure time.)
